Principle Message

As a Mentor and guide of DDGEMS, my role is to encourage the next generation to establish skills, ethics and values, such that they achieve respect, prosperity and fulfilment. I am very fortunate to work with such dedicated and innovative staff members, parents and students. I consider each day in school as an adventure filled with new experiences, learning, and a chance to constantly widen my horizons. It always gives me great pleasure to see the smiling faces of students. They never fail to make my day a little brighter. I am passionate about students being empowered to succeed. As the Vice-Principal of the school, I ensure that I use all tools available to inspire the staff, the parents and the community to work together for the well-being and success of the students. I believe that having quality, inspirational and passionate teachers is the most essential factor for the success of any school, hence I always support effective and innovative professional development that encourages teachers to be reflective and to continuously examine and use practices that provide quality teaching and learning for each student. Moreover, I am more than grateful to the management team which constantly aims to keep up with latest trends and research and also be an active partner in the school’s professional development. I enjoy being challenged and inspired by the people around me, and I also love to challenge the staff and students to be inventive and imaginative in their learning and day to day tasks. My aim is to make DDGEMS a place where children feel challenged yet competent, where they work hard yet enjoy it, where achievement is the product and not the sole objective and thus create a happy school environment.
